I’ve been there and know exactly how you are feeling…

Don’t get me wrong, I love summer but it totally throws off my whole “working” routine. My workout time is gone unless I get up super early or late at night, there’s no time in-between anymore. Plus I love taking the kids to fun places that we don’t get to go to during the school year but that usually means eating less than healthy food. Don’t get me started on what house looks like. By the end of the summer I was exhausted, bloated belly, and feeling totally out of shape.

With fall on the horizon, and the holidays coming fast; I was ready to try anything from juice cleanses, pills, powders, I wanted results immediately, but nothing worked.

Then I found exactly what I was looking for: A Clean Eating program

Clean Eating focuses on releasing the toxins your body takes in from your day-to-day interactions with metals, chemicals found in your beauty products, foods, drinks and our home cleaning products and many more. We are exposed to environmental toxins on a daily basis, it is out of our control. So how do we remove toxins from our body? When I was getting my certification in school to become a holistic health coach, I heard about “clean eating” and that it was all about eating whole foods that helps clean or detox the body from toxins. That sounded exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a program that focuses on eating whole foods, not powders or pills. I was definitely intrigued by a clean eating program and what that meant, but wanted more information.

I wanted the weight gone once and for all.

After doing tons of research I started to incorporate clean eating routines into my daily life. Within the first few weeks of eating clean I had multiple AH-HA MOMENTS that has really helped me understand my body better. I knew I needed to created a program that each and every woman could use and that’s how Fall Into Balance evolved.
